Very bad. I do not like leaving bad reviews but in this case I have to. I would hate for any hard working person go through what I went through with this shop. , Charged me almost $3000 to fix my vans transmission. it lasted a few weeks after waiting 5 weeks for the repair . Took it back again waited another 5 weeks he said it was fixed. Lasted about 2 weeks and the transmission failed again. . He had it for a total of about 10 weeks. Zach is a very friendly and helpful service advisor. I wanted to check that my transmission was still working normally with over 200k on the odometer. They fit me in their morning schedule and 2 hours later, he told me it’s good. I was expecting to pay for a diagnostic and / or inspection and he didn’t charge me. He gave me a smile and handed my keys back to me. This is a good shop. If anyone out there needs general care care, this is a good place.
