Jesus. We just bought a building that uses Low Voltage Int. I considered using them for our monitoring until I called to put the system in test. I was connected with some virtual answering service that would not let me speak to a human even after three attempts. It was insanely frustrating. A simple task took 5x as long because the stupid robot couldn't do a task. I would never use this monitoring service.
This company came to work at a building that I work at. A guy from Low Voltage Integrated System reeked like alcohol. Very unprofessional coming to do a service reeking like alcohol. Didn’t get the name of the person but I do remember it started with a R. Unprofessional company having a guy on the clock reeking like alcohol.
Be careful with the owner of this company. He is a good salesman but he will quote you for new product and install second hand products instead. He also talks down to his employees in front of the customer. Not very professional at all.
