I left this restaurant a 5 star review when they opened, upon a revisit and disgusting responses to customer concerns I decided to give them one star. Our server was the bartender and he was nasty and disinterested in helping us. They removed the 16oz ribeye for a 12oz. It came out with no char, was tough and tasteless. My grandson ordered a burger which was inedible. When the waiter cleared the plates and saw so little eaten he never said a word. Loved everything Ive tried, and the ice water I was served was clean and great for adding electrolytes. Staff and decor is legendary. Not to be missed.
An otherwise great food experience was ruined by our tattoo arm waitress who proceeded to repremand me for having an outside bottle of water on the table which I use with electrolite tablets. She didn't want to hear that the electrolites help me, she just wanted to perpetuate the lie that it was against health code and she would be fined. By the way, when a gentleman walked in with an outside coffee and sat at the bar, nobody said a word to him despite his outside drink being in plain view.
Awful rude waiter. Very unhelpful and condescending. Reprimanded us for no reason
