“low price” is BS 🤣 anyways, i went ahead anyways because i needed to get my car smogged, and the paper said “$30 fee for aborted or failed tests” i signed it and when i failed the smog due to my battery being disconnected the day before, he STILL CHARGED ME FULL PRICE OF $62, i would give 0 star if i could, he’s a scammer lol
