i wish i could give negative stars but i can't. i ordered a transmission from them over a month ago. they keep saying it's shipped. nothing has arrived. then they say it's delayed due to fires. They marked the transaction complete and shipped but no tracking number. I finally went into the bank to dispute the charges and get my money back. I have emailed them several times and called and asked them to cancel the order. people there don't know how to answer the phone. Says please hold 30 minutes later it hangs up. Took a little while to ship. But they kept me in the loop the whole time. They were friendly and answered all my questions. Will definitely use again. Thanks guys
They dont answer there phone so we canceled our order
Do research before you purchase. They have no reviews on their website for a reason. Also when the "chat with us" section of a website that's primary aim is to sell you products doesn't work that spells bad things for customer service.
