my experience at the low income housing facility located at the 223 yessler facility was much of disbelief! Drug dealers roamed the building unchecked. It was rumored the facilty manager named Hannah Ruddick allowed criminal activity to flourish in exchange for hamburgers. i think it was a joke because she was always eating while crime flourished in the building. many of her workers reffered to her as "Miss Piggy" because she is so much over weight.
