Just a tale of 2 sides of working with them. Working with them prior, buying, closing... all fairly good process - would definitely rate highly. After - judged by itself - would be a 1 star. And not meant to bash, just literally nothing has ever been taken care of so theres zero to give credit for. Circuit breaker issues? Nicely built homes
In the past I've had to hire an engineer to make the builder believe that water didn't drain off my property, because the builder wouldn't take my word for it, despite providing pictures to him. Hiring an engineer may be required to explain to builder grading isn't up to par; if you bought a 5 car garage home on Wildcat Parkway at Kiowa Park. It's unfortunate back yards don't appear to drain as they should, we visited after a rain storm and a finished, fenced home had a " mini pond" in the back. The finishes are nice, I'm no... read more
