’ve been sick for four years and have seen just about every doctor imaginable — including two different rheumatologists — with no real answers. It wasn’t until I met Dr. Collins at Low Country Rheumatology that everything finally changed. Within one month of working with him, I feel alive again for the first time in years. However, it has been 4 months of hell trying to get my prescribed specialty medication. I recognize this is an issue between insurance, the pharmacy, and the doctor, but there was zero communication between the doctor and I as I was struggling for months in pain. I contacted them multiple times and they rarely got back to me. I even contacted them about these issues a week... read more
