I was interested in a Lexus RX 350. I found the vehicle online which led me to Low Country Motors. I submitted an inquiry and received a response immediately. Throughout my decision making, they responded promptly and thoroughly. I even received a video of the interior and exterior of the vehicle! My point of contact initially was Addison and Jacob was my salesperson. The vehicle was priced fairly and is exactly what I was searching for! I would purchase from them again and would recommend them to others!
We had a great experience with George at Low Country Motors. One of the things I appreciated most was his prompt communication- no question went unanswered. We live about 3.5 hours away so he had all of our paperwork ready to go and even came in on his weekend for us to get our vehicle. We absolutely love our new car. We would recommend them to anybody and would most certainly use them again.
I recently bought a used Miata from this dealer and had a great experience. They were communicative, professional, and polite. There was an issue with the delivery of the car, but they fixed it promptly. Other than the delivery issue, the car was as described. Much better than the other dealerships I have dealt with!
What a place! I’m absolutely coming back. They’ve got lots of great experience in the industry without all the hoops large dealerships make you jump through. I have bought and sold several cars throughout the years. I have never done a deal like this. We live in Florida, and my wife found this vehicle on car gurus.
