Sold me the wrong parts for my machine and then refused to take them back . When a dealer tells you a part is supposed to fit your machine you’re supposed to be able to trust them. JCB never again!

I have purchased several pieces of JCB heavy equipment. I have always been very well pleased with the sales and service staff. They are very knowledgeable and in the rare instances that they don't know, they go out of their way to get the answer or solution needed to get me back up and running quickly. They understand that time is money and down time is detrimental to our business.
Great company and fabulous equipment! I would highly recommend them!
