The entire staff is amazing. I’ve been taking my pets there since we’ve moved here 4 years ago. They keep you informed at least twice a day if your fur baby is hospitalized and go over everything they are doing and explain it in a way anyone can understand. They once again saved one of my fur babies. Big shout out to Dr Hawthorne for everything you did for Klaus and for the staff that kept me updated while he stayed with you. He’s back to his old self again!
I will be forever grateful to everyone here, my friend had to put their furbaby to rest and I was with them, the staff was amazing to The Snow Family and to Waco, while this was such a sad thing the staff was there for all of us. Thank you all so much, you allowed us to lead him over the Rainbow Bridge with grace and dignity and I and The Snow Family are truly am thankful.
Best place to have your pets spayed and neutered. I had my cat spayed and they were wonderful with her

Try not lying about cost of vaccines, that would be a great start, told us it would be $28, the price changed to $35 at checkout. not normally a big deal but when thats your gas money to get to work it hurts. absolutely disgusted.
