Awesome service.
I took my cat in to get fixed everything went fine first 2 days after he was fixed. Everything was normal until his meds wore off. He wasn’t normal after and I called the overnight number listed on the pink sheet that was given. And it was late but then again that’s what the number was for. I tried to call and talk to someone who I thought would be ready to help me with questions to help me decide if I needed to go to the vet right away. They are nice to work with ,and very professional. My wife has worked with them for many years.
I’m writing this review because you all lack professionalism when it comes to responding to patients needs. I should not have to call BOTH LOCATIONS for over a month to try to hear back from you all. This is extremely disappointing.
