I asked the gentlemen twice to check the air pressure in all my tires, he said ok, but was only concerned with getting payment for patching my tire from the nail. I paid him then he subsequently went to his vehicle and drove away without checking the air pressure in all the tires. Poor customer service.
I have never left a review before, but I had such a great experience with this place so here I am. Everybody was very friendly, honest, & actually explained what was going on/what was wrong with my previous tires I had gotten at a larger auto shop. As a girl, I don’t know too much about cars or tires so I always get terrible prices if I don’t go in with a male family member. I went in alone & got good prices off the bat. 10/10 experience, and I will be returning next time & telling my friends!
