ROBBERY and INCOMPETENCE From the very beginning it is difficult to get a hold of Anyone when you have an actual issue after your a customer. They’re a scam. They’ll charge you endlessly. Tacking on fees constantly pretending to inform you. Don’t worry about calling customer service they’ll just give excuses and false information. They’ll put messed up equipment in that’ll mess up your car and make you pay the fees. Save yourself hundreds and go with another company
Don’t ever ever use this company. I’m out hundreds of dollars because they put a faulty cord in my car. It cost me hundreds of dollars to put the system in my vehicle now they want me to pay hundreds to have it towed and pay even MORE money to have it fixed. I’m furious to say the least. I’m having it removed and going through another company. Save yourself from scammers.
