Low-cost interlock sent my installation provider an old, dirty, and used IID device. I didn’t realize this until after the 3-hour installation. I contacted Low Cost Interlock to find a resolution shortly after realizing this gross buildup of who knows what on my device. The company said they’d send me a new device but wouldn’t acknowledge my request for at least a free install for the horrible error it bestowed upon me.
