The equipment wasn't there on my first installation date though I spent 3 hours at the shop while he took out all of my wiring and had to put it back because the UPS delivery truck didn't have my unit on delivery day. 4 days later the unit showed up but not the paperwork so I'm still not able to get my licensed back from the dmv.
