The device is very hard to work with and is now not working so having a hard time getting my car to turn on. I called the place where it was installed by and the guy Leo said the device I got people have reported having trouble with it. Leo the installer is nice enough to come to my home and take a look to see why it’s not working. Nice of him to go out of his way. The company that makes this device should do better on having good working devices. I was told they are the best and easy to work with. Not true!
The equipment wasn't there on my first installation date though I spent 3 hours at the shop while he took out all of my wiring and had to put it back because the UPS delivery truck didn't have my unit on delivery day. 4 days later the unit showed up but not the paperwork so I'm still not able to get my licensed back from the dmv. I called the company and they said that the paperwork to be filed with DMV we'll be here next Wednesday, This is Friday so I have to go to through the weekend plus 3 more days at the least it will b... read more
