The people were really nice to work with. Ryan was super helpful. Platinum auto went out their way to help us and everything went as quick and smooth as possible.
I was quoted the wrong price for installation. Was shocked it was an extra 100 dollars when I went to pay. Also the advertisement online said first month free and I had to pay two months upfront. Kind of felt misled. When people are quoted a certain amount they shouldn't be shocked with a different price when they go to pick up the car. Im a student on a tight budget and would appreciate transparency when doing further business!
