Very impressed! Highly recommend! Keith, his son and Dawn are the best! Such great people, everything was amazing starting with the price, to their work, to how nice they were, prompt and very easy to communicate with! They were in and out within 6 hours and everything looks amazing! They took really good care of us from the first time we called them to get an estimate! Definitely give them a call!
After being charged $1800 for labor and dragged around for 13 days with no heat by another company, we called Low Cost Heating & Air in West Mifflin for a second opinion. They had installed the 8 year old furnace for a relative, and Keith came within 30 minutes to take a look at it. These guys are the best. They installed my furnace back in 2018 and just replaced my AC this year. They work fast and are friendly, fast and professional with reasonable prices. When my furnace went out in February of 2018 we called and they showed up within 2 hours of the call with space heaters in hand, Had my furnace in within a day. They show up when they say they will and do what they say they will. Even saved me money when they fixed an electrical problem I wasn't even aware of at no extra charge.
