Zach Tackett was a tremendous help. And I mean life saving, we drove drive our truck from Fremont Ohio with 2 toddlers breaking down every few miles, took us 6 hours to arrive and it died in their parking lot. They honored the agreement that if we made it to them with the truck we would be able to get approved and take a new vehicle home. I was losing hope that we would get approved but they were with us every step of the way and even stayed open hours after closing time to make sure everything processed for us. I’m disappointed to say, that after leaving a great review about our experience buying our ram truck from Low cost cars north. There have been significant issues i would like other consumers to be aware of. We bought the truck on 7/3/25 and on 8/15/25 it had to be towed for overheating. We were told we had a warranty for 2 years on any major repairs, which add $3,000 to the price of the truck. We were told by the mechanic, that there was a huge hole in the radiator, which will cost $1,000 because it’s not covered under the w... read more
