I am so disgusted by the recent treatment of one of my cats. I brought two in for checkups and bloodwork. One of the two had been sleeping more than usual and gained a little weight. He honestly seemed depressed. You have to wait in car right now because of Covid, which is fine, but when I got him back on the ride home the car smelled so strongly of alcohol i had to roll the windows down. I won't be going back here, EVER. For the third time, I have scheduled an appointment with a vet, only to be talked out of the actual visit while I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting for my dog to be seen. I've never had this experience with any other vet. For some strange reason, they continually try to talk you out of seeing a doctor, even when you have an appointment and are waiting outside. Brought my dog and my mom’s dog in for their yearly visit. Got called an hour and a half before their visit that i could come in early if i wanted. The ladies at the desk are always sweet as can be. The vet techs getting the animals from cars are very nice. The vet came out and talked to me one on one about some concerns I had. Very quick and safe service. I’m very satisfied.
Requested a callback from the vet several times for a behavioral issue regarding my pet. Granted, Covid put a damper on their staff and hours; that I can understand. What I don’t understand is how a receptionist can hang up on a client when they’re calmly expressing their grievances. Would recommend for great prices, but that’s where it ends. Look elsewhere for professional courtesy, cause they clearly have none.

Everything they very caring and friendly. And the prices are good to.
They helped save my Slacks when I was unable to get to my Vet because of parades. He had been attacked by a dog. They got him stable and fixed him right up.
