My 15y/o daughter visited this store on Dec 13, 2025. She ended up getting a nose bleed while in the store and was very apologetic (and embarrassed) about it but one of the store employees started becoming accusatory of her trying “something”. Great store service when someone actually is in need of help. Beware of unprofessional employees.
Uma did my nose piercing and it was an amazing experience
Honestly I would like to give my Lovisa experience a 0 star rating. I intended to exchange a pair of earrings for my daughter because the post broke. She bought them 2 days prior and when I went to the store to explain the situation both the manager and associate just kept quoting earrings are a final sale. I told them several times that I understand for hygienic reasons that earrings are a final sale but I want an exchange for a defective product. The jewelry is poor quality. Purchased a broach here and it broke when I tried to pin it to my blazer. Customer service is really bad too. I do not recommend!
Got my second ear piercing done here, and the two employees who assisted with the piercing seemed at the most mildly interested and concerned with the piercing even after when I noticed that the area surrounding the fresh piercing was turning blue. And while most can argue you get what you pay for, one should always take caution and care when literally physically altering another’s body regardless of the price tag.
