So my friend paid for 2 piercings and he was billed by one employee and pierced by another. the employee that billed him failed to tell the other employee(Gaby) that he paid for 2 piercings. Gaby miscommunicates with my friend and opens the lock of the second one before piercing while he's still figuring out what she said. Here's some of the Gaby's quotes 1. Well unprofessional staff , zero customer service would like to give zero star if possible. Well I wanted to get two piercings on the same side and talk to one of the staff for suggestions and she was like it is okay to get the piercings on the same side. Well that staff left me and when another staff takeover from there she suggested me to buy a pair instead of 2 single ones which I was ready ,because they don't have the one I needed in singles. You want 2 piercings. They pierce one, screw up the other by opening the lock beforehand... they say oops we miscommunicated. Hand you the second earring and say that we know you paid for it but we wont pierce you. They send you on your way. Deplorable is the word. 👎👎👎
