The employee are too clingy. A simple "Hello" or "Welcome" is enough to make customers feel acknowledged. The staff don't need to repeatedly explain the current promotions or sales, especially when the signs are already clearly displayed throughout the store. Many customers prefer to browse without feeling pressured or interrupted. Extremely poor quality. I bought this yesterday for $25, and it already broke. I wore it normally and didn’t do anything that should have damaged it. It’s unacceptable for jewelry at this price to fall apart after one day. Not recommended!!!!!
I would give a 0 star if i could. Super rude customer service. As soon as I walked, a staff member “alerted” her teammates to follow us. They were following us for a good 10 minutes before I had enough and confronted them. They said I looked “guilty” and that I was stealing. They refused to give me their names and started laughing in my face. One said her name was Karen. She had brassy hair with undone roots. The other one had her dark brown hair in up in a ponytail.
