Staff was quite nice. It's a nice place the only thing is I got my helix and my lobes pierced it was smooth but about two days later they got inflamed. Good for jeweler
I purchase few items 10 days ago and ask the girl at the dress if it doesn’t match to my outfits can I exchange it and she told me yes within 30 days. Today when visit to return those, the girl refused as it’s our policy we can’t take return on earrings. It’s better to train your staff to have same statement while purchasing. Don’t fool us. Should have given zero stars if that’s possible. Horrible experience.

Shady business. Told me that they would only be sending me a receipt and now I am receiving advertising I wouldn't give them any money when they will so easily lie to their customers.
Edit: Photo added of the ring i was assured would not turn me green which i paid almost $40 They are not trained in piercings. No matter what they tell you they are not trained. All of their Jewellry goes green after 2 wears. Just avoid. It's a waste of money
