Amazing customer service! Love how eager employees are to help and how much more enjoyable it makes the shopping experience! The managers and Sam are incredibly sweet and make me love coming back!
i had an amazing experience at Lovisa, the employee GABY was super nice to me, she pierced my ear very nicely and helped me chose my jewelry for my cousin’s wedding. Amazing costumer service, thank you GABY!
The employee are too clingy. A simple "Hello" or "Welcome" is enough to make customers feel acknowledged. The staff don't need to repeatedly explain the current promotions or sales, especially when the signs are already clearly displayed throughout the store. Many customers prefer to browse without feeling pressured or interrupted.
