Had a very disappointing unpleasant experience returning an item. The manager on site immediately assumed my items were bought on sale without even checking the receipt, and insisted I could only exchange them. I felt unfairly scrutinized as I tried to explain that my purchase was qualified for a refund per policy. All the reviews saying the earrings tarnished are hilarious. What did you expect with three dollar earrings? These are nothing better than what you can get from Amazon went with my neice to get her earrings pierced here her dad wanted me to take care of it because he didn’t know where to get piercings done. We checked out Claires at West Edmonton Mall and the only options they had that are similar to this around $120. This one was $65 for the flower, but they did have cheaper options. Great service. I went there to get a small gift for my date and a girl that helped me was very nice she asked me about my date what my date liked and what she was into,and based on what I told her the girl suggested the necklace with my dates initial. BTW my date loved the necklace so big thanks to I believe her name was Alex ,I will definitely be going back to that place.
There’s a reason I don’t go here anymore. So many things have broken on the first wear. But I needed something for my friends wedding and engagement party last minute. So I took the chance for a one time wear on some statement earrings I wanted. So I came in a few minutes till close, knew what I had in mind. And I get told “sorry we’re closing”. That’s officially the last time I ever go in there. I’ve worked in retail for years growing up and you don’t do that.
