I absolutely do not recommend getting your piercings done here. I got my ear piercings done on the 26 of March at this location and the lady who did it messed up my ear real bad. The earing on my right ear came off during shower and I tried to put it right back after the shower, but I couldn't. The earing couldn't just come out at back of the ear. Zero customer service all the time!! I been to this location for over 50 times cause I love their earrings but every time same old pattern. They will stare you awkwardly when you pass a smile theres still grumpy face back!! I’ve stopped spending money at this place if they don’t care about my business. Bonus you will always hear them complaining about other customers
My daughter just got her nose pierced today and it did not even go thru and I paid over $100 for nothing I guess. It was very disappointing to see that she was so happy and it’s not even opened up properly. When I called to see what to do,no one answers the phone. I do not recommend going here!
I can’t tell how disgusting and unprofessional the rules are in this store . I bought a $200 pair of earrings that are hard to put on, and I couldn’t sleep because I kept trying so many times. My ears were bleeding all night. Just don’t buy anything from this store — it's not worth your time or money.
