I should have read the reviews before trying this place for my 6 month old. Absolute disaster. Only 2 people working the store, one for the register and the other for piercings. We had to wait till both reps were available. I should have had the register rep do both her ears. The main person on piercing duty was not confident at first but I thought she was exaggerating. great service and amazing workers! all were lovely
Terrible customer service.
Got a nose piercing done by sade she did a really good job w what she had. keep in mind they use a peircing "gun" not a needle id recommend going w a needle.
