As a professional body piercer i’ve already had 2 clients come see me who were pierced at this place. BOTH clients had major trauma to their skin and problems with their nose piercings from here. One client even said after she had problems she called them and they said they can’t deal with that stuff once they’ve pierced 🙄. Honestly the way they pierce should be illegal.

The person who pierced my ears pierced to completely wrong. I even told her the way that she needed to pierce it. The earring is pierced, not horizontally but vertically. It slanted downward. I’m have to it out and have it redone. Update. Spoke with the store and the store offered to redo it. No charge will update when it is redone.

great experience! i didn’t have a good one with claire’s at mayfair but just went into lovisa spur of the moment today to get pierced. the piercer was so nice and was great with customers! the piercing + jewelry was less than $40 too!! would definitely go back again

After a poor experience at Claire’s, we left and randomly went to Lovisa to pierce my daughter’s ears. We’ve never heard of them before but so glad we stopped by! We had the best most sweet ear piercing experience here. The sales associates were super nice and professional. Highly recommend Lovisa to pierce your littles’ ears!
