We paid for earrings to have my 5-year-old's ears pierced. We were first in line, but they were so busy and checked people out. Thirty minutes later, we were still waiting and my daughter got worked up. I asked for a refund because we'd been waiting so long and they wouldn't do it. They said we could take the earrings and come back another day. I understand not returning used earrings, but we'd never taken possession of these or touched them.

Cute jewelry, but the overpriced rings tarnished pretty quickly and turned my fingers green. I spent $20+ on each ring expecting somewhat decent quality. I don't think I'll return.

As a professional body piercer i’ve already had 2 clients come see me who were pierced at this place. BOTH clients had major trauma to their skin and problems with their nose piercings from here. One client even said after she had problems she called them and they said they can’t deal with that stuff once they’ve pierced 🙄. Honestly the way they pierce should be illegal.
