Terrible quality spent 30 on a braclet for it to break THE NEXT DAY! Really upsetting because the place and workers were very nice but such a waste of money.

Avoid!!!! I was so excited to get my cartilage pierced and was so disappointed. See the photo.. top piercing is not right. I got the free piercing service and purchased the earrings for $68. The placement was marked beforehand, but I told her “it’ll look nice once they’re lined up”. OMG why did I trust them… the final result wasn’t what I expected. When I returned to the store, they played dumb wondering what was wrong and were condescending saying, “well we can’t take the earring out and re-pierce it”. I didn’t ask for that... read more

We paid for earrings to have my 5-year-old's ears pierced. We were first in line, but they were so busy and checked people out. Thirty minutes later, we were still waiting and my daughter got worked up. I asked for a refund because we'd been waiting so long and they wouldn't do it. They said we could take the earrings and come back another day. I understand not returning used earrings, but we'd never taken possession of these or touched them.
