Super bad attention the store manager was mean and did not help at all when the other employee was super nice but both did nothing to help us at all
This shop literally gave me a festival or village fair vibe. They had huge sales on a wide variety of accessories as cute jewelry boxes, funny and adorable earrings, and initial letter lockets. Overall, it’s a great place for budget friendly,cute gifts
Worst place ever. Thought it was good. Went in got 6 piercings and two of them where slanted and had to be taken out and repierced. Went back three months later to get earrings for the piercings and the earring ripped my hole in my earlobe almost split my ear. They just money hungry.
Employees are unaware about troubleshooting issues. I had a return to make of 2 items I purchased at another location. For some reason the receipt on their end was showing items different than what was on mine and so they made me visit the mall thrice because each time they encountered a new problem and sent me back to speak with customer service about it. I bought over $100 in jewelry, employees are scammers they won’t give me a receipt and lied that they’ll “email it online”, most absurd lie to not hand me a receipt in case I want to return the low quality jewelry that started to break within 1 week of use.
