Lovely store, amazing atmosphere and customer service.
Bad customer service the staff missgendered me and called me a girl even though I said I was a boy she still called me a girl. Kept on touching me and squishing my cheeks and would not stop missgendering me and followed me around the store most of the time. I feel very disrespected and disturbed. Won’t be coming back .
A very busy store with very friendly and knowledgeable staff and management. I purchased a men’s chain and the clasp broke I wanted to exchange but found nothing that could work, I ended up getting refund. Thanks for your service and help.
The staff are always so friendly whenever I visit Lovisa at Richmond Centre. Yesterday, I took my daughter to get stainless steel earrings for her sensitive ears and asked one of the employees (who turned out to be the store manager) if she could switch out the earrings for me as I have never done so with flat backed earrings. While she said they normally don't do this, she still said she would happily do it. She made my daughter feel at ease and explained each process to her.
