The stone fell out of a stud earring the second time I wore it, so the item wasn't of good quality but a shout-out to the sales assistant at the Lovisa store in the QVB closest to Town Hall. I asked if it could be fixed in the other QVB store (closest to Myer) and the answer was a quick "no" but the Town Hall assistant pulled out a tweezer/ pliers tool and tried to fix it, so excellent customer service.
My friends and I had such a lovely experience getting our seconds and thirds pierced by Himadri and the really sweet girl that stayed back after her shift at 2pm 13/5/26. All the workers here were very sweet and professional, ensuring that we were happy with the placement of our earrings before piercing. Goateddd
