Have shopped here a few times and really liked it. Got an ear piercing a few weeks ago and the girl told me to close the end after 2 weeks, so I did and my ear got inflamed I had to take the piercing out. Wasted my money. I went back to ask for refund or another piercing in a different spot and they wouldn’t do anything for me. I will not be supporting them again.
Lack of good stores from my point of view
Great spot, has everything you would expect. Good layout and a decent food court!
Very nice mall
Tons of parking. Central location. Award winning Parenting Room and clean bathrooms throughout. Shopping mall stores, of course, but a nice race track layout. If you are visiting Kelowna it's always worth a stop in, especially when the weather isn't great for enjoying outdoors. Hallowe'en Trick or Treating phenomenon for the kids.
