I got my first piercing from Lovisa & it was just great experience. My piercer Sonam is very professional and nice. I was bit nervous but she made sure I feel very comfortable and she got it done sooo nicely & smoothly! I am very much satisfied with the outcome.
Caught a very bad infection after wearing their so called gold plated hoops in my ears. The area turned blue and was painful like hell. I took them off and my hands smelled like raw rusted metal. What kind of scam is that? Had the worst possible experience. THE JEWELRY IS NOT GOLD PLATED AS THEY CLAIM. if your pearcings react to artificial JEWELRY, do NOT buy from here. Very disappointing.
Can't exchange a brand new item still in original packaging. I'm a grown man do you think I want to wear body piercings? I was given the wrong design due to the Indian girl who cashed me out putting the wrong item in the bag. I only checked 4 days later when packaging the gift. I noticed it was wrong went to the store and received terrible attitude from the cashier.
I just got my earlobes pierced at Lovisa by Manveer and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was very professional, clean and reassuring throughout the process. She made sure everything was properly sanitized and took her time to ensure perfect placement. The piercing was quick and way less painful than I expected. Highly recommend her services!
