Massiel and Mattia were absolutely amazing 🤩 I had bought a watch that was too big and they fixed it a couple of times until it was the perfect fit! They both have lovely personalities and I felt so helped and cared for!
Rating this place a few stars, since my first experience here was amazing but second time here seemed to be a staff issue. (apologies for not knowing any names, but I had my first visit here in October to get my nose pierced - was handled with great care and professionalism, sanitary precautions were used and the piercing healed very nicely. I got ear piercing today and Emma & Tiffany did a great a job, they were really good with the job, I would Highly recommend them
