Long-term Lovisa customer, but today’s experience at the Pakenham store left me really uncomfortable. Whilst browsing jewellery, I witnessed a very young child visibly distressed during an ear piercing procedure, repeatedly crying and saying “no” whilst being encouraged to continue. The piercing station is positioned in an open corner near the entrance with heavy foot traffic, little privacy, and customers browsing directly beside the procedure. I had a fantastic experience here at Lovisa. They made the whole process so easy and special for my daughter. We walked out very happy—highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and great value.
This is the exceptional customer service experience with Mani we had. Very professional and carefully executed my daughter's ear piercings. All the other girls are also lovely and very helpful. Thankyou everyone, you all are doing an amazing job 👏
We went down to this store to get my ears pierced and my Grandaughters. The young ladies working today 14/3/26 were absolutely amazing, especially with my Grandaughter who is just 6 years old. They explained everything and took their time with the process. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them especially for children. Thanks ladies.
Myself and 2 others went to the Pakenham store and it was an uncomfortable experience. As I was trying to decide what earrings to purchase, the one worker who was there made it very obvious that she was glaring at us as if we were going to steal. I understand that this store may have issues with stealing and staff are trying to monitor it, however the way that we were being glared at during our shopping experience at Lovisa was unacceptable.
