⸻ ⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Experience! I am very unhappy with the ear piercing service at Lovisa. My child suffered severe pain after getting her ears pierced here, to the point where we had to take her to the hospital to have the earrings removed. The piercing process was clearly not done professionally and caused unnecessary trauma to my child. The two members of staff stood talking and ignoring customers in a busy store. I stood at the register for a good while before one of the girls noticed me. She was then extremely curt and made me feel like I had inconvenienced her.

The jewelry looks beautiful but tbh many of them are from China. The butterfly earrings as in the picture are AUS$2 retail price in Vietnam and they are AUS$22.5 at Lovisa just for comparison.

Absolute rubbish just got it in from China not Melbourne nylon piece of Rubbish do not Buy . I have no idea what the five star reviews must be all rubbish. Don’t waste your money

What a shocking organisation. Lovia Melbourne ships from China. Their return policy is for clients to pay to post the return back to China, EVEN IF THEY SEND THE WRONG THING. I ordered shoes. They sent the wrong size shoes and won’t take responsibility. REALLY BAD QUALITY TOO. Don’t get taken for a ride.
