Do not pay for a piercing before they even mark your child, because apparently basic symmetry is optional here. The employee repeatedly marked my son’s ears unevenly, and after the FOURTH attempt, I said I was no longer comfortable going through with the piercing and would take him elsewhere. To be clear: NO piercing was performed. The jewelry was never opened, the piercing gun/equipment was never used, and the only thing used was a marker. Horrific Customer Service, especially from their manager, Emily and her district manager, who she obviously trained because both of them are the worst with Customer Service and just in general, both are super rude and unprofessional. Would not accept my return, even though corporate told me we can bring it there we had the receipt we had everything and they refused my return horrific customer service again beyond unprofessional in district manager is worse than the store manager
Lily and Natalia were incredibly helpful and made the entire experience wonderful. They helped my daughter find exactly what she was looking for and even did her ear piercing. We felt well taken care of. Highly recommend!
Natalie was amazingly gentle with our daughter for her first ear piercing. Would definitely come back!
