Called the store at 11:30am to enquire about ear piercing and was advised to come after 12pm. We arrived at 12:20pm only to be told that the staff member who does piercings was on break and to return after 1:30pm. Unfortunately, this has happened multiple times across Lovisa stores near Ipswich. This was our 5th attempt to get our 8-month-old baby's ears pierced. Very disappointing and frustrating customer experience.
