Went to get my 10mo son's ear lobes pierced today. The manager Jaye and the lovely lady that was working today were absolutely amazing. They were so calm even though bub was a nightmare trying to prep his ears. Bub didn't even flinch when these guys pierced his ears. He cried more because someone else was so close to him rather than his ears piercing. Thank you so much guys. You guys are amazing at your job. Hoping there's no reaction to the piercing as it is only day 1 but that can happen anytime.
Went in to get my ears done and can’t wear any of them they were pierced on such a bad angle it hurt even after months of having them done. Tried emailing for a refund and have had no response. Worst place I have ever gone to
The lovely lady that pierced my thirds today (14/03/24) was honestly so great. She made sure i was okay and thoroughly checked she had them right. She did an absolute fantastic job!!
