They have decent design for earrings. Though their sterling silver earrings make my ears feel sore for a few days after wearing for 9 hours. I don't typically get this soreness wearing my other sterling silver earrings. If you have really sensitive skin like me, probably avoid this store.
Felt like I was being racially profiled at the store. Wasn't able to browse in peace while other customers could and the staff seemed so dismissive... Then one of the earrings I bought immediately broke once I tried them on at home so they're poor quality too. I wasn't given a receipt so I can't even return them. Garbage experience, never shopping here or at this franchise again.

I brought my cousin to Lovisa, the girl is rude. Not willing to help at all. I left my cousin at this store and informed the staff that I know the owner, she did not acknowledge or care about that either. Disappointing customer service.
The girl who works here, very rude. I asked her where to pay, she gave me dirty looks and said I’m clocking out. You could have just showed me where to pay. Don’t work here if an additional 30 seconds after your “clocking out” is that much of an inconvenience that you can’t even tell me where I can go to PAY. Insanity.
