I had a wonderful experience at Lovisa in Erin Mills Town Centre, all thanks to Jessica! She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She was exceptionally patient, friendly, and knowledgeable about the collections. Her recommendations were spot on, and her energetic, helpful attitude made the whole shopping process so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location, thank you, Jessica! Best regards. Shazia Mississauga Ontario
Warda was very supportive and gentle with my nose piercing and providing me with all the information. I love it!!
Do not get your helix pierced here!! I got mine done a few weeks ago and had a horrific experience. At first it was swollen for a few days even after I was properly caring for it and using the saline solution and not sleeping on that side. Then the piercing became embedded into my ear and they told me they can’t do anything and I have to go to the doctor. I ended up having to go to the ER and they had to surgically remove the piercing. Do not recommend them for cartilage piercings!!!
