Customer service does not exist here. I came in around 1:00 p.m today. I needed help because I couldn’t find a necklace and I noticed it’s difficult to search for it when all the pieces are different in the row. The girl working there with the tattoos said it’s whatever is there and didn’t want help so I didn’t bother getting it. This place is a total scam, every time I buy something from them it breaks. It’s so obvious to me now that they just overprice really cheap jewellery. Their staff lack manners and suck at helping their customers out. When I asked this girl to help me figure out which helix gauge size I needed she completely dismissed me and said she can’t help me and proceeded to ignore me. They have decent design for earrings. Though their sterling silver earrings make my ears feel sore for a few days after wearing for 9 hours. I don't typically get this soreness wearing my other sterling silver earrings. If you have really sensitive skin like me, probably avoid this store.
