Had such a lovely experience with Sonerah! She was incredibly kind, professional, gentle, and made my daughter feel so comfortable throughout the piercing. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend her!

Went into the Lovisa store at Chadstone on 12/07 to buy a pair of earrings that were clearly advertised as $5 online. Unfortunately the sales ppl working were extremely unhelpful and advised me that they were unable to honour the online price. Is this correct or should the ACCC be looking into this practice. There was no signage they could show me stating that this was their store rules

My daughter just had her ears pierced at Lovisa with Richa! Richa, was absolutely amazing! She was patient, supportive, encouraging and really fantastic with my daughter! Highly recommend Richa for her fantastic care and support!
