Very disappointing piercing experience Unfortunately, this was my second bad experience with piercing at this store, and I really cannot recommend it. The staff member who did our piercing was extremely rude to both me and my friends. Her communication was unclear, and whenever we asked questions or requested something to be adjusted, her responses and attitude were very unpleasant. We went there with our family today, and unfortunately, we had a very bad experience. One of the employees even tried to hit our daughter. The staff treated us very disrespectfully and were extremely rude. They also refused to take our payment. Overall, the employees were very unprofessional and had a terrible attitude. We definitely will not be going back.
