Walked in and wasn’t assisted which is fine, that’s no problem, it’s not hard to find body jewelry. The issue was the sales specialist immediately greeting a group of customers as they stepped into the store. I will say that grabbed my attention , as they noticed the reaction which I guess drove them to come over, ACKNOWLEDGE that they hadn’t offered me any help, which I expressed was the same concern. Only for they to walk off and continue to assist the other people. A joke right, no.
I am absolutely shocked and appalled that Amanda is a manager she is extremely unprofessional and rude she only is reason enough for me to never go back
Amanda is absolutely horrible. she needs to be fired and should not be a manager. she was aggressive and hostile to me. I repeatedly asked her to calm down and just talk about it in a calm manner saying that I’m just trying to clarify about a pricing issue she quoted me differently in the store and once I got home, I checked my email receipt. Just came here the other day for a nose piercing and it was only pierced on the top seems too short because they are not using real nose ring piercings and charging $80 DO NOT GET YOUR NOSE PIERCED HERE I AM TELLING YOU U WILL BE TRYING TO GET A REFUND AND THEY ARE NASTY NOT GONNA GIVE YOU NOTHING OR FIX IT
I went today and got a new bell button piercing. It’s very cute it’s got a butterfly at the top. I was already hesitant to buy because it’s was $25+ some. I very upset that the butterfly doesn’t line up like it’s supposed to. When it’s secured the butterfly faces backward and is uncomfortable and when I have it face the right way it’s loose and unsecure! I live out of town so can not go back to return it. Wish I would’ve saved my money
