Served by a very unfriendly sales girl whose non-verbal cues were very unwelcoming. So used to more friendly service in Sydney so hoping this is just a one-off thing.
Went to get second piercing in my nose, which didnt go through properly girl tried pushing it through. My 2 girls were horrified that it had not worked and the stud was sitting out of my nose, after driving 5.5hrs home and trying my best myself to fix it I removed it and gave up. Very disappointed with the service and lack of help when the piercing didnt work properly. I was still charged for the delima...love the jewellery but so sad with the experience..will not be back
Went today to pick out some Christmas gifts for my friends. Miranda and Amy were wonderful to talk too and super helpful. Definitely recommend :)
Had my ears pierced today by Jordy. I was nervous, but she was calm and talked me through it at my pace. Very happy. Thank you.
