I had a terrible experience getting my double helix pierced here and strongly warn anyone against using their services. The employee used a 20g piercing gun with tight butterfly-back jewelry, claiming it was perfectly fine for cartilage. This is completely false and caused severe trauma and swelling to my ear. Also minors aren’t even required to bring a parent which I find hazardous considering the fact that the piercings are done completely wrong.
I've been here a few times. They have a nice selection of accessories and some good deals too. Staff are generally welcoming but one of the employees can be a little too assertive in her communication. Customers understand the need to manage things, but customer service should be a bit more relaxed and friendly. Overall, good experience though.
Though the store had what I was looking for, I could Not hear the employees at all for the loudness of the music. I finally got the guy to lower the volumn so we could talk. As soon as he walk away from the controls to help me, tge woman turned the volume up louder than it was to begin with! They are supposed to be working in a store NOT a Disco! Despite their prices, despite their selection, I do not recommend this store to ANYONE WITH HEARING! Their customer consideration is non-existent! Stay away!

The store does not clearly display or communicate its return or hygiene policy before purchase, either through signage or during checkout.
