Plenty of accessories to choose from, the staff is super lovely. I loved my necklaces and the lovely chat I had with the sweet shopping assistant I had. So sad that I didn’t ask her name - but I hope she makes her dream European trip one day 🥰
I came in to buy some jewelry and had a great experience. Saghi was so kind and helpful from the beginning, especially since I was making a larger purchase. She was very friendly and professional, and I’m really happy with everything I bought. I definitely wanted to leave a nice review!
The experience was very disappointing. I was not informed of all options and later discovered a $45 option that was never offered. Instead, I was directed to a $75 stud without proper explanation. I was also told aftercare would be free, but I was charged for it. When I returned, I was told a complaint would be filed and I’d receive a follow-up, but I have not been Contacted Overall, the experience was disappointing, and the piercing placement was poor, forcing me to remove it.
I took my 4 years old today to get her ears pierced for the first time and we had such an amazing experience. My girl is so sensitive but the lady who attended us was extremely gentle, sweet and caring that my daughter immediately relaxed. She got her years pieced one at a time and didn’t complain at all.
