I had an amazing experience at Lovisa today and got my ears pierced by Saghar. She was very helpful and answered all my questions, as I was quite reluctant to get them pierced. She made it super quick and easy. Definitely recommend to get your ears pierced here.

I visited Lovisa at Square One for a piercing, and I actually liked the piercing experience itself. Unfortunately, I feel bad because of the lie. At the entrance, I clearly said that I did not need any aftercare products. I was then given a wrong price for the earrings that included a $20 aftercare product. At the cash, I repeated that I did not want the aftercare. The staff member told me that the spray is free and that is their policy to give it to me.
