My experience at Lovisa Square One was a disaster. I drove 50 minutes from my home to get my kid's ears pierced on July 19, and they gave me a supposedly nice aftercare spray worth $20. But when I got home, I found out it had expired in January 2026. I emailed them, asking for a refund, but they just sent me a vague response saying the first digit of the expiration date was 8. Um, no. I've got pictures of the expired product, and it clearly doesn't say 8. If it did, that would mean it expired in 81/2026, which is ridiculous.... read more
