If I could rate this place zero I would, terrible customer service and terrible training clearly taking place. The jewelry basically melts away into rust the second you get it and not to mention I looked this company up, do yourself a favour and look them up too. Don’t support this place!!
I do not recommend this place for toddler ear piercing. We waited over an hour just for the second person to arrive. When they finally did, two girls marked my 18-month-old daughter’s ears, but the marks were noticeably uneven. My daughter panicked when they tried marking again. I asked multiple times if they were confident—it would be even. They assured me they are experienced. Still, the piercing turned out clearly uneven.
