Came in to get my 4 month old daughter's ears pierced as I was advised to come by other moms (not sure why?). After filling out the required waivers, I had to wait 30+ minutes and I did so patiently as there was only one staff and its two days before Christmas. The staff really needs to learn some boundaries or something. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone in because affordable prices, and left because the staff won’t leave me alone to just look at stuff. Judging by the other reviews I’m glad I haven’t bought anything.

Got my 3.5 year old daughter's ears pierced here this past weekend and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and professional. The space was very clean and they practice great sanitation. Two piercers did her piercing at the same time. Unfortunately they were out of sync however had a great recovery and my daughter's piercings look perfect and are even. The aftercare kit they gave us great. My daughter particularly liked the sticker she recieved. Thanks for a great experience!
