Ladies were extremely nice and positive with my son. They pierced both ears, although the next day the earring fell out! I tried to put back in but the front and back hole did not line up so it caused intense pain for him to put back in & essentially I ended up freezing his ear with ice to get it back in.
When i was getting my nose pierced here they pierced it without a backing so it ended up poking me and eventually it fell out.
Great customer service and very friendly.Highly recommend for fist time little girl piercing
Terrible terrible experience and terrible products. I received a snake ring for my birthday wore it for a day and while sitting on the couch it literally fell apart perfectly in half. Went back to the store and had the worst customer service experience with the lady who was rude and only agreed to help me when i asked for the manager or someone in charge. Got a replacement ring and boom i haven't even worn it yet i just literally picked it up to wear it today and it snapped in half the in the same spot i only ever wear fake ... read more
