I was just there getting a couple of things, the energy when walking into this place is so welcoming a lady named mischa welcomed me and was very helpful, we had gift cards and struggled a lot with them but she was right onto it, she also paid a bit of it to because we were short! Thanks mischa you were amazing!
Sorry to give 3 stars, I understand when they busy in the shop. But i saw 3 worker there, that day Would be good if they talked nicely. Kind of rude to us. So we had to put back the stuff we want to buy.
My daughter got her ears pierced there yesterday (Saturday) ou my goodness the 2 ladies working there were absolutely wonderful. Blonde and red hair ladies, they were just terrific. Amazing service even my daughter said they were sooo nice and welcoming. Thank you ladies ❤️
Came in around 12:20-12:25pm and the customer service was absolutely exceptional! They checked how I was going with shopping and were extremely nice. Definitely coming back when I need more earrings.
