Such a wonderful experience! After being let down elsewhere, I called Lovisa Sunshine Plaza to see if they had availability to pierce my 4-year-old daughter's ears, and they were able to fit us in almost immediately. I've always loved shopping at Lovisa, and the store is consistently beautiful, clean and well presented, but the staff member who pierced my daughter's ears this morning was absolutely amazing. Lilian is so so amazing , even though she was working alone at the time she handled everything so quickly such great customer service. Customer service yesterday was actually horrible. No greeting, even whilst both the girls were staring at me and whispering stuff. Eventually one of them said hi whilst the other was constantly on her personal phone (on call). Went to pay for items and the girl was still on her phone and talked whilst I stood there?? I looked at her quite annoyed and she then started to serve me whilst still on the phone?
My daughter and I got our ears pierced today and Lillian couldn’t have been sweeter. She was so gentle and moved at our pace. They also have a special right now where the second person getting pierced is 50% off! I highly recommend, especially if Lillian is working ;)
