Customer service yesterday was actually horrible. No greeting, even whilst both the girls were staring at me and whispering stuff. Eventually one of them said hi whilst the other was constantly on her personal phone (on call). Went to pay for items and the girl was still on her phone and talked whilst I stood there?? I looked at her quite annoyed and she then started to serve me whilst still on the phone?
My daughter and I got our ears pierced today and Lillian couldn’t have been sweeter. She was so gentle and moved at our pace. They also have a special right now where the second person getting pierced is 50% off! I highly recommend, especially if Lillian is working ;)
Horrible customer service. The server with short hair and lip piercings was so rude and dismissive we felt like we were back with our bullies in high school. I don't expect much from customer service because I understand talking to people for hours can be a lot, but there is never any reason to be so disrespectful to anyone. We felt like such burdens in the store it was a really uncomfortable experience.
One star is being generous! Absolutely no idea on customer service. Had a booking gor my niece to get a piercing. Piercer finished a job then spent 10 minutes talking to her friend, then left the store leaving us standing there for the whole time we there. Wouldn't give my business to any store of this company. Useless staff. Young girls says it all really!
I had my Helix pierced at Lovisa, 9 weeks later it still wasn't healed in fact it became very infected. I have been very meticulous in keeping it clean. I did some research and found out that you should NOT pierce your helix with a piercing gun which Lovisa did use and it should not have a butterfly back which Lovisa also used. Very disappointed in the experience. I will never go to Lovisa for piercings again.
