Such a terrible customer service. I was accused of trying on a earning which i didn't even try.I even asked to check CCTV as I didnt even try omg. so embarrassing and utterly disappointed and not acceptable. I am a social influencer and reviewer and have never crossed path with such service and rudeness and making me look like a liar. Not acceptable ... . If I tried y wd I even suggest checking the CCTV.omg. disappointed as lovisa have always been a go to before.

Benita is absolutely amazing!! I walked into every single jewellery store looking for help and advice and she was fantastic from the second I walked in the door. She took the time to show me options and helped with the very thing I’ve been stressing about for 2 weeks right in time for Mother’s Day!!! If you’re looking for the best customer service with not only a smile but an actual willingness to make you happy you can’t go past Benita!!! Customer for life!!
