Bought a necklace and bracelet for as a birthday present for a 10y/o here on the 11th of July around 5pm. The staff member who helped me was really kind and took the time to wrap up the items and have a nice conversation with me, even though the store seemed busy she kept it professional and friendly! The products are also great, I’ve bought from here before and they have a great range for sensitive skin!

I bought earrings today, when I got in the car I realised one of the earring wouldn’t clip, went back not even 5 minutes after I bought the earrings. The manager(Nif) tried to fix it instead of exchange, she gave it back to me said its fixed and I’m like it doesn’t clip again how is it fixed? then she tried to fix it again. This is rip off, if something is faulty you exchange it, especially if its bought 5 minutes ago. Never trusting Lovisa again!

Hi there, I am writing this review regarding a lady working around closing time on boxing day in the store ( black women) looks like african doesn’t know how to talk to people, just went to ask an item is on sale or not, no hey, nothing, but came up with a rude answer with no smile on face. Please behave while you talk to the customer. Owner please train your staff, that’s all I want to say. Never going to visit this store again.
