Great customer service best experience
Had the best experience getting my ear pierced and buying from the shop. Renae and I think the other women name was Mikayla who was training were fantastic. Explained everything step by step as they were doing it. So friendly and respectful. Super helpful with picking out jewellery as well didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy. I would highly recommend, if want to get another set of ear piercing or nose piercing to go to them.
Went into Lovisa Busselton last minute for my daughter to get her ears pierced and Renae was so accommodating and professional. My daughter loves her 3rd’s
Had the best experience getting my 3rd lobe piercings with Debra today, such good customer service and the piercing overall was pain free! 10/10 🤩
Went in for a nose piercing, the lady I think her name was Deb was fantastic!! Didn’t even feel it. The other lady behind the counter was super supportive and caring. Definitely recommend going there for ears and nose.
