Had an amazing experience today with staff Renee and Mikayla I brought my teenage daughter in today to get her seconds piercing on her lobe and the staff were so friendly and helpful they explained what they where doing step by step and where very gentle. It was such an incredible experience that later we went back and my daughter got her helix pierced and I got my nose pierced, I have had my nose pierced in the past and this was by-far the best, easiest, most painless and professional way I have ever had it done. Great customer service best experience
Had the best experience getting my ear pierced and buying from the shop. Renae and I think the other women name was Mikayla who was training were fantastic. Explained everything step by step as they were doing it. So friendly and respectful. Super helpful with picking out jewellery as well didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy. I would highly recommend, if want to get another set of ear piercing or nose piercing to go to them.
