This place has the worst marketing and discounting possible. Nothing is clear and it makes no sense. Better off buying on eBay or Amazon

I have contacted them and after months they responded with a message on WhatsApp. They said someone else would reach out and they of they haven’t. Unless you can receive piercings with cheap metals and NOT have a reaction, I DO NOT recommend getting pierced here. The pain, agony, etc… for days on end is NOT how it should be. A LITTLE soreness yes, but not the rest. On July 11th I got 3 piercings (helix and third hole earlobes) done here. I told them how sensitive my ears are to jewelry, especially new piercing. They need to evaluated by someone and I'm going to find out who! Do NOT get your ears pierced or by jeweley from Lovisa (or anyone they're affiliated with. I went to the Tampa location in the mall. They are friendly, but thats about it! When I went back to tell them whats was going on, nobody knew what to do, nit even the manager. I finally had to take my 3 piercings out after months of care.
