My mother went to this location to look at earring and was quite literally verbally assaulted by Jess, one of the sales associates for trying on earrings. When my mother asked how she was supposed to know their store policy when it’s not posted ANYWHERE, she said that it was just their polis and she should know. Worst staff, very rude, they even don't respect customers.
Staff is amazing.
I went in for an ear piercing last week. Alexis was my piercer, and that woman smelled HORRIBLE!! I just wanted to try something new for myself but holy. The experience I have been waiting for since I was a little girl was ruined. Two other teenagers were on staff, but I bet they knew basic hygiene so I would have preferred if they did it. Highly recommend this place for a piercing, just make sure your piercer is not Alexis.
Horrible establishment with horrible service. NEVER GO HERE
