Edit: after going to a genuine piercing place and showing them the piercing they said this kind of rod is ILLEGAL in some states and completely unsafe to use!!!! They said “they basically took a projectile and pierced you almost losing integrity of the skin” I can’t even get it done right now! If I could give 0 stars I would. Got my nose pierced YESTERDAY. Update: I was contacted regarding this and was issued a $20 gift. I used it today. Thank you! Also, the other hoops I purchased have not tarnished or left any green on my skin. I wear them in the shower and they look the same as when I bought them. Hopefully, the stackers I bought today are the same! Thanks again for the $20 gc!! Horrible customer service, especially at the International Mall store. The person who helped me was rude. I added that I wanted to return the merchandise right there in the store because I wasn't convinced with the prices. They still wouldn't accept it because they were reportedly on clearance (with a red tag), but my accessories didn't have ANY OF THAT, and they still wouldn't give me my money back. terrible service.
This past wensday I went to get my ear pierced , the employee who took care of me was named Ashley . She was super nice and knowledgeable, she was super sweet and welcoming to everyone who walked in during the time she was taking care of me .
