I had a very disappointing experience with the services. I got a nose piercing yesterday, but it was loose and fell out. When I reached out for help, they informed me that they couldn't assist me and that I would need to fix it myself. If I decide to get another piercing, they will charge me the full price again. Additionally, I specifically requested a gold-colored 2 mm nose piercing, but they gave me a silver one instead. First i got my second ear pierCing it was very good experience they’re very nice welcome people and then a girl name ash or arshida she convince me to get my nose pierce was very good experience i would like to let my friends knows and get their piercings by them i would love to come back and get more piercings Thanks arshida♥️

I got my piercing done by Arshida at Lovisa and she did an amazing job! She was very kind and made me feel relaxed. She explained everything before starting and did the piercing quickly and gently. It didn’t hurt much and she was very careful. I’m really happy with it—thank you, Arshida!
