I visited Lovisa today and had a very unpleasant experience with the sales associate. I wanted to try on a couple of bracelets, but her attitude was incredibly rude. When I asked if there was a way to try on an adjustable bracelet that looked small, she responded sarcastically, saying, "It's adjustable, you know." It felt very condescending. What an incredible place! My daughter wanted her nose pierced for a year, but when we went she kept chickening out and took 20 minutes and several false starts before she was able to go through with it. Even though we were holding up other customers they just kept telling her "It's ok, take your time, you just let us know when your ready. " It's rare to meet someone so sweet, kind and caring - thank you!!!!

I honestly don’t know what i expected but it wasn’t this 🥲 I had gotten my nose pierced in march and it healed great, i asked a piercer to put another piece of jewelry in for me and it went fine, so i thought. 2 months later i decided to take the other piece of jewelry out so that i could change it, the girl didn’t even put the piece all the way through so the hole closed and it was almost as if i was wearing a fake piercing.
