This is literally the worst shop i ever see. I jist got my nose piercing and it just come out within two days and now when i went to the store they said you have to buy it again for 100 bucks like are you crazy. The person who spends a lot of money on the piercing and beared the pain was treated this way. Even the girl working over there who gave me piercing was so rude she don’t know how to talk with customers. I literally don’t recommend to go there. If there will be - 0 rating i would given that ..
Today me and my sister wanted to get our ear pierced the second time this year from lovisa. We already knew the prices bc we got our ear pierced two months ago. We payed $45 by that time and when we entered the store went to the employee, told them what piercing stud we wanted( the same one we got two months ago). They told us if u get one it will be $30, and if u wanna get both it will be $30. such awesome staff!! they were all so sweet and patient and polite with me during my nose piercing, i was honestly very scared and tensed but they handled me so awesome! she kept telling me to take my time, drink water, and take deep breaths as she saw my anxiety was getting bad. love this place so much as it was also my first time going and we had such good review of it. My piercer Karla was so gentle and nice. (sorry if i spelt her name wrong.) but awesome staff.
Got my ear pierced last year around this month by this girl Sneha! She was so nice and so sweet! Then last month got my both helix and nose pierced by “Ash”! She is such a charm! Always welcoming and so friendly! Everytime i go there she always makes my day! So satisfied with their service!
Yesterday saturday aug 23 around 12:10pm i came to do a return, the staff was working alone she was doing somebody’s piercing and there was another little girl in line for piercing too, and there was also about 7 people in line to pay too and i was second in line i waited for about 10 min and i finally ask the staff nicely are you the only one working, she said yes and smiled at me and i smiled back.
