I usually come to shop at this location and it’s always been pleasant, although today I had an unfortunate experience. Yesterday I bought 3 pair of earrings and I came home to find that one pair’s hinge was broken. I called right away and the lady I spoke to said although there was a final sale on the earrings, I could bring them in so they can asses the situation. Very cheap jewelry and terrible customer service policy. Earrings broke as soon as I got home to try them on. No refunds or exchange on earrings.
I had Jessika, help me. She was so sweet and took her time. Great customer service.
All girls bad behaviour
Be careful, everyone—this store is clearly misleading customers. We purchased a necklace and later requested a return, but they refused, saying it wasn’t eligible because it included earrings—something they never mentioned beforehand. Also, the two staff members working on April 5th at around 5:30 PM were extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills. One of them, a girl wearing glasses, especially didn’t know how to handle customers properly.
