I was with my friends at the Lovisa at South Park Mall. If I could give this a zero, I would, but that’s not possible so I have to give it a one. NEVER shopping here again. The environment of the store was very discriminating and just because I wasn’t speaking English doesn’t mean that I’m going to steal something. My friends and I were being watched like hawks and a STAFF that was working there was smacking her lips on a popsicle WHILE working. This was very creepy I felt very unsafe.
My friends and I were at the Strongsville Southpark Mall and wanted to purchase some jewelry at Lovisa. I have never in my life felt so discriminated against and disrespected anywhere but this store. It was genuinely disappointing how this employee was treating my friends and I because we weren’t speaking English.
