Cheap jewelry that broke as soon as I got home- they don’t give you a receipt so you can’t exchange it or get your money back- would not recommend you will waste your money at this cheap store.
Do not order ANYTHING from Lovisa. I never received my order. I immediately followed up and they basically said “we showed it was delivered so we did our part”. I even had to follow up, because they never got back to me. This place is a scam!
Don’t shop here!! Turned ears green after a couple hours, ears burning and green.
I came in to buy a gift for my girlfriend and the three associates that were working were so welcoming and helpful. they showed me so many different options and told me i should bring her in to get pierced sometime soon
I came in right before they closed, young lady was very helpful. I didn’t feel rushed like i would at most places. I was instantly greeted, the young lady was quick to help me find what i was looking for.
