I was with my friends at the Lovisa at South Park Mall. If I could give this a zero, I would, but that’s not possible so I have to give it a one. NEVER shopping here again. The environment of the store was very discriminating and just because I wasn’t speaking English doesn’t mean that I’m going to steal something. My friends and I were being watched like hawks and a STAFF that was working there was smacking her lips on a popsicle WHILE working. This was very creepy I felt very unsafe.

My friends and I were at the Strongsville Southpark Mall and wanted to purchase some jewelry at Lovisa. I have never in my life felt so discriminated against and disrespected anywhere but this store. It was genuinely disappointing how this employee was treating my friends and I because we weren’t speaking English. I was speaking amongst my friends in the store in our native language and as soon as we started speaking in a different language this employee immediately was on high alert. I like there jewelry, you can find some pretty good stuff there! But, I got a necklace and it broke right when I got it out of the package.

I recently came into your Strongsville,Ohio location on February 8th,2024 and was highly disappointed. I purchased a pair of earrings at the time of purchase I was not made aware that earrings, body piercing products, face masks, or hair accessories was final sale. I also did not receive a receipt. I was only asked about an email. I walked back in the store 30 mins later to return the earrings I just purchased just to then found out that the earrings was final sale. The store was nicely set up and the workers were extremely nice. However, the product they are selling is extremely cheap and will break and/or tarnish almost immediately!! My daughter got a watch on a Friday evening and by Sunday it had fallen apart!!
