The jewelry here is gorgeous, and I was really excited to shop here. I purchased a $30 bracelet, but unfortunately the first time I wore it, it turned my arm green. :/ Also 2 of the diamonds fell off with the first wear :(. I bought 5 pairs of earrings in addition to the bracelet which were significantly cheaper than the bracelet, so I am really concerned to even try to wear them now. Definitely disappointed.
Ray was incredible! I was purchasing some earrings and just casually mentioned how it’s going to take me forever to figure out how to change it out (it’s my flat and conch ear piercings) and without skipping a beat he offered to put them in for me, no charge, nothing, he was so nice and completely made my day!!! I will definitely go back just because of him! This man clearly cares about the customer experience and excels at it!

I stopped into the Crabtree Mall to purchase earrings. I happened to stumble across this store. Great earrings selections and discounts. Wonderful customer service.
I went into this location to look for jewelry for the Chris brown concert. Seanta was absolutely amazing !!! She helped me pick out jewelry to match my outfit ! She was very professional and friendly and made me feel invited into the store. Truly appreciate it and will definitely be back !!!
