Bought my baby to get both ears pierced, everything was smooth and left happy so for the first experience I give it 5 stars! We liked it so much we came back for my OLDEST son to get one and was immediately told he was too young by Ana, and that usually once they do one ear the child doesn’t let them finish so they need 2 people.. then I was told she can do one so when I came back to get the one piercing she blatantly refused, she went in the back and no longer acknowledged us. Kia gave great service at the Crabtree mall location. She was refreshing, funny, and soft at the hands so the piercing did not hurt at all.

I've bought from here several times and have gotten pierced here aswell. The people working there are nice and have lots of cute options but if your ears are sensitive to certain materials they don't have alot of options when it comes to affordability, being on a budget I mainly go for their sale items and have noticed that most of the ones I have from them have heavily irritated my ears in some way. This place is definitely up there on the $ factor.

Tried to pierce a 4th hole in my ear at first I thought it was great when she doted it with marker it was even but when she pierced it it was un even and on my right ear the back was sticking out she pierced very off the dot so it came out very wrong. When I asked her about it, she said there was nothing she could do. So when I got home, I took it out to heal and had to get it done in a different place. Please go to a professional place when getting your piercings done.
